Hi! I'm Tory. Thanks for hanging out with me here.

I'm a theatre artist and performance coach. I'm especially interested in helping performers enjoy more freedom, ease, and spontaneity on stage.

I've been acting for decades, but it wasn't until I encountered a trifecta of movement-based practices -- Alexander Technique, Michael Chekhov Acting Technique, and Restorative Exercise -- that I truly found freedom and flow in performance.

You deserve to experience more freedom, more ease, and more joy on stage. I’d love to show you how.

I believe we can feel fully at ease and empowered on stage - authentically present and available to vulnerability. Only then will we connect to our audience.

I believe performers must, must, must give up apologizing - physically and verbally - for their expression.

I believe artists must, must, must banish perfection from art-making.

I believe the most magical moments on stage are the result of one simple thing: embodied ease.

And I believe that embodied ease can be learned through the Alexander Technique.

If you are considering working with Tory, DO IT.
Tory helped me discover things about myself and about my body that
I didn’t know I needed to know.
